.Main info.
Kebafelis, Keba (毛羽) which means fluff in japanese and feli comes from felidae.
Scientist think that Kebafelis exist since Pleistocene, old paintings of these creatures have been found in caverns. It's also shown on these that Kebafelis used to be smaller on those times. Usually found on forests and jungles.
These creatures have always been related to magic, because through time, their size started to vary a lot. Some of them have helped humans through rough times and also guided them when they felt lost. Sadly, on the XIV century, hunting Kebafelis became a normal activity and most of their pelts were sold for being beautiful and warm for winters.
Kebafelis decided to hide, most of the humans don't know about their existence and think that they are only myths. Some people have been graced to met one.
.Behaviour.
Doing a well performed research through all the old documents done about this species shows that:
- They are pacific and docile species, they will only attack if you give them a reason.
- Kebafelis used to live in packs of 10 or 40, it has been written that even more.
- They had a hierarchy, lead by an alpha male and an alpha female. The alpha female would lead the hunts and the alpha male would defend the territory of another pack.
.Anatomy.
- It has been written that Kebafelis come in different sizes, but in some cases Kebafelis would ressemble to other felines like guepards, panthers and lions.
- Mini Kebafelis have been noted to be the descendants of the "prehistoric" Kebafelis.
- Kebafelis born on different biomes show different type of bodies, ex: Kebafelis that lived in caves have a sort of "armor" on their torso and neck, and less fluff on their mane
